How our Subscription Works

STEP ONE
Select the bracelet or necklace linked to your chosen collection. After confirming your size, proceed by adding the item to your cart.

STEP TWO
Add the charm collection you wish to subscribe too to your cart.

STEP THREE
Complete your details for delivery and select your preferred payment method and submit your order for processing.

STEP FOUR
After your payment is accepted and confirmed, we’ll process your order and ship it straight to your door. Track it, look forward to it, and savour the moment it arrives—this is the fun part.
Your initial shipment includes your chosen bracelet or necklace plus the first charm from your selected collection. Each month, upon receiving your subscription payment, we’ll send you the next charm in the series. The subscription continues for a full 12 months. Any additional purchases you made outside of the collection are processed immediately and do not fall part of the subscription process. -
PAUSE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Life evolves, and your subscription can evolve with it. You’re free to pause or cancel whenever you need — no guilt, no fine‑print drama.
When you pause your subscription, we’ll reserve your remaining charms for one month. If the pause continues beyond that, we can’t ensure that every charm will still be available when you return.
To pause your subscription, simply reach out to customer support. We assess each request individually and aim to be as flexible as possible. -
